The Ride
The latest adventure just ended a couple weeks ago in San Felipe, Baja Peninsula. The premise of the trip was to get off the beaten path and ride as much single track, back roads and beaches as possible —and accomplish this without use of a support vehicle. This trip had been perfected for the past 9 years with the help of Malcolm Smith, George Gangler and several other Baja off-road pioneers who have ridden and explored the area in an effort to obtain routes the most isolated areas of the peninula. Some of the goals were reached, some not, but none-the-less a great adventure.
